The tear drop silhouette is embellished with rounded layers of lustrous, blue smoke seedy glass, in staggered sizes, that fold over a tiered iron frame, which is finished in antique brass. The result is a dramatic and textural waterfall effect. The glass pieces can be removed to provide additional illumination if desired. Finish will vary. Damp

Nothing but gristle!
Flavor Name: Lemon Pepper, Size: 8 Ounce (Pack of 1)
This stuff tastes good, but it is nearly impossible to chew. Biltong is not supposed to be this tough. They must be using the cheapest meat they can get their hands on. It is loaded with gristle. You could chew it all day and never get it to break down.

Amazing flavor!!!

This has to be the most amazing flavor I have had!!! Bought additional packs and sent to the family to enjoy as well. Also note that its very moist and not super dry like a lot of beef jerky. Whatever the process is, Brooklyn Biltong has it dialed in to perfection, well done!
