It was based on the UK seats, but with the addition of a fixed high back style headrest with the reclining seat. The new design incorporated vertical flutes in the seat centres but is not perforated unlike its black vinyl counterpart. These are awesome and have become my favorite socks to have for everyday wear. I have since bought the hightop version as well and there are just as equally great.
