Pocket Ashtray with US EagleInteresting vintage pocket ashtray with the US eagle on the top. It opens up and has a little space to put your cigarette. I have seen things like this frequently in Germany, but I have not seen them much in the US. I am guessing it is 1940s era, perhaps wartime, perhaps something postwar marketed to GIs. It is in good condition and doesn't look to have been used. There is some wear discoloration on the cigarette holder part. No maker marks.

Simple, easy, and strong

Kind of on the smaller side but for the price it’s just fine. Easy to install with just a screw driver if you can miss a stud, else you’ll need a drill. Strong enough to hold what a normal person would put on a shelf that size. No worries and it looks great
