Strong Pinch - C-Curve Clear Gel Sculpturing Clips SetThese are very strong pinching clips. Plastic and very tight. For a "nicer" pinch, get the "EASY PINCH" clips. SEE how to use them! This is a video by the fabulous Sam Biddle from the UK Clear Clips that will allow you to pinch your acrylic or gels. Apply the clip along the tip up to the sidewalls. When using with gels, cure gel 30 seconds in UV or 5 10 seconds in LED before applying clip. Since the clips are clear, the light will cure through them.

Nothing but gristle!
Flavor Name: Lemon Pepper, Size: 8 Ounce (Pack of 1)
This stuff tastes good, but it is nearly impossible to chew. Biltong is not supposed to be this tough. They must be using the cheapest meat they can get their hands on. It is loaded with gristle. You could chew it all day and never get it to break down.

Amazing flavor!!!

This has to be the most amazing flavor I have had!!! Bought additional packs and sent to the family to enjoy as well. Also note that its very moist and not super dry like a lot of beef jerky. Whatever the process is, Brooklyn Biltong has it dialed in to perfection, well done!
