Nasty!
Literally is nasty, smells like cow fat. It’s like if they just scooped the fat from the cow into the chapstick tube. It’s grows. Now what I was expecting. I threw mine away.

Heals skin
It definitely dries out your skin quickly but I do recommend moisture so the skin won’t crack or you get open cuts as your dermatitis is healing. I have dermatitis really bad where my skin drys and hurts when I have a cut, So far it’s working as intended.
