AUSBAU: Nach der Lese werden die Trauben umgehend in der Kellerei selektiert und behutsam aufgebrochen. Es folgt die Grung im kleinen Holz bei kontrollierten Temperaturen. Nach dem Abschluss der Grung wird der Wein fr neun Monate in Fssern aus franzsischer Eiche ausgebaut. AROMA: Aromen von Brombeeren
