Griesel & Compagnie - 2022 Blanc de Blancs Tradition Brut2022 Blanc de Blancs Tradition Brut Die Serie Tradition bildet den Einstieg der Sekte und liegt mindestens 20 Monate auf der Hefe. Die Cuve besteht zu 85% aus Chardonnay und 15% Weissburgunder. Nach der Handlese und spontanen Grung wird ein Groteil im Edelstahl ausgebaut, die restlichen 15% im Barrique. Dieser Sekt ist sehr von Zitrusfrchten und nussigen Aromen geprgt. Am Gaumen dann viel mehr Struktur, straff und einem wrzigen Touch!
