Als die Steillage nach der bernahme neu angelegt werden sollte, wurden 1. 000 wurzelechte Rebstcke gefunden. Nachdem diese auf 30 cm zurckgeschnitten wurden, trieben sie neu aus und liefern pro Jahr ca. 600 Flaschen feinsten Riesling Weines. Mit einem feinen Duftspiel nach exotischen Frchten und Safran
