Bei diesem Kchenwerkzeug wurde auf alles verzichtet nur nicht auf einen guten Klingenstahl mit einer Eishrtung bei 58 HRC und einem exzellentem Schliff. Die Messer haben eine japanische Klingengeometrie, also einen V frmigen Schliff, der das Messer sehr scharf macht. Der Kropf wurde auf japanische Art abgeschnitten so dass die Klinge auch am Ende benutzt werden kann. Der Griff
